Strava can be such a useful tool in regards to training and monitoring progress. It provides splits, graphs and PB’s for perusal on your hard training sessions; OR, if you’re so-inclined, you can log selfies and other photographs on the less intense sessions.

At Run Stronger Club we like to use Strava to its maximum advantage! Whether that’s online challenges and league tables, or analysing training sessions to build on the numbers for next time….
